Extensive Service Industry Experience Adds Strength to Tecta
Skokie, IL., August 11, 2008 —Tecta America Corporation, America’s largest commercial roofing contracting and environmental roofing solutions firm, announces the appointment of Eileen Kamerick as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In her new role, Kamerick will drive the development of the company’s business infrastructure to support Tecta’s aggressive acquisition strategy and organic growth initiatives.
Regarding Kamerick’s appointment, Mark Santacrose, President and CEO of Tecta America, said, “Eileen brings significant expertise in developing an organization to support profitable growth initiatives. She also brings a real strength in mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and deep financial industry relationships.”

Kamerick joins Tecta America from a recent position at Heidrick & Struggles International, Inc. (Nasdaq HSII), where she served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer and has led many significant mergers as well as international transactions in her career roles as a senior legal and financial executive for several Fortune 500 companies, including BP Amoco Americas (NYSE BP), and Bcom3, parent company of Leo Burnett and Starcom Media. She started her career at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.
Kamerick graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Boston College, received a law degree from the University of Chicago Law School and holds an MBA with honors, in Finance and International Business from the Graduate School of Business of the University of Chicago. Ms. Kamerick has also completed postgraduate work at Exeter College, Oxford University. She sits on the boards of Associated Bank (Nasdaq ASBC) and Westell Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq WSTL) as well as The Boys and Girls Club Board, Cove School, and the Heartland Alliance. Kamerick also teaches courses in corporate governance at Northwestern University and the University of Iowa.
