Ron Stieren is new to his position as Project Superintendent at Central Roofing Company but certainly not new to the company or the pressures that come from being the hub of production. Ron has worked for Central since 1996 when he began as a journeyman/foreman. Since then he has assumed many positions, most notably the Dispatcher for the Company’s large Service Department. As Project Superintendent, Ron is responsible for the management of every crew Central Roofing Company puts in the field each day, typically four to six at a time. Ron schedules personnel and equipment, handles daily operations and works closely with the project team to ensure that every job is completed on-time, within budget and to the customer’s specifications.

In his near 20 years with the company, Ron has developed extensive experience with all types of built-up roof systems, asphalt applied modified bitumen, torch applied modified bitumen, TPO, PVC, and single-ply EPDM, TPO, PVC roof systems. Ron has been involved with every large-scale roofing project at Central Roofing Company including 3M, OPUS Corporation, the Minneapolis Convention Center and the current Target Headquarters expansion project.

Ron’s professional experience and talents are highly valued. Gerry Stock, President/CEO of Central Roofing Company, has said, “It takes a great team to do what we do each day.
