Our 24/7 Service Department operates year-round responding to repair calls, emergency situations, maintenance needs, roof inspections, multi-family housing exterior service, weather-triggered issues, the waterproofing aspects of production projects, vegetated roofing maintenance, and most retrofit projects. Service Technicians operate in two-person teams and call on anywhere from two to five work sites per day. Each technician receives additional training in client service, communication and project planning. It is a highly collaborative and extensively talented department which accounts for roughly a quarter of our annual sales and one-third of our total employees.
